Work Together in Real Time, and Appendix G for Existing Buildings and Labs
See who is working on a project with you, keep editing during reviews, and model existing buildings, laboratories and utility costs the way Appendix G expects.

Working together
- See who else is here. The project workspace shows teammates who are in the same project and which credit they are viewing or editing.
- Changes appear without a reload. When a teammate saves a credit, or an analysis or document upload finishes, scores and results update on your screen.
- Reviews never lock your credits. You can keep editing while a review runs. If a credit changes during the review, its result is kept as Outdated instead of overwriting your work, and you can re-run that credit.
- Invitations sent to a different email become an approval request for the project owner instead of failing.
Appendix G energy modelling
- Existing buildings and alterations. Declare the envelope scope for the project and for individual rooms (new, addition, alteration or existing unmodified), add pre-construction window area, U-factor and SHGC for altered envelopes, and link supporting documents. The baseline applies Table G3.1 No. 5 for your 90.1 edition.
- Utility costs from the simulation. Monthly energy use, peak demand and time-of-use cost per fuel are calculated from the simulated meters for both the baseline and proposed models (Section G2.4). You enter only the rates.
- Laboratories. Enter legal minimum exhaust and recirculation limits with supporting documents. Baselines apply the G3.1.3.13 laboratory controls, the dedicated laboratory system of 90.1-2010, and energy recovery that is sized and controlled as Appendix G expects.
- Unmet hours handled for you. Baselines above 300 occupied unmet hours are resized following the PNNL PRM Reference Manual procedure, and every adjustment is disclosed.
- More of the standard applied. 90.1-2010 baseline heating source input, computer room schedules (G3.1.3.16) including IT equipment, and sizing on the weather file's 99.6% and 1% design days.
- Imported models stay active when you save in the energy editor.

- No more automatic logout after 30 minutes of inactivity, along with several security improvements.
