Is the first project really free?
Yes. The first project includes automated credit analysis, evidence management, Workboard coordination, and report export access without a credit card.
How does pay-per-project work?
After the free project, each additional project is a one-time $99 payment. The current production flow is project-based, not a subscription.
Which LEED paths are supported?
VERTIQ covers BD+C v4, v4.1, v5, ID+C v4, v4.1, v5, and O+M v5 in the marketing coverage set, with credit behavior governed by the project rating path.
What does the export produce?
Exports are Word-oriented documentation packages that include calculations, citation references, and links back to the evidence and assumptions used by the credit.
