VERTIQ must process your project data, documents, and uploads to provide features such as document extraction, analysis, evidence management, and report generation. This processing does not make your content public.
VERTIQ personnel do not routinely access Customer Content. Customer Content is handled by automated systems and authorized service providers to deliver the requested features. A VERTIQ account can access a customer project through the application only when that account has been explicitly added as a project collaborator. Limited infrastructure-level access may still be required for security incident response, legal compliance, or service recovery.

These providers process data only to support the applicable VERTIQ service. Data may be processed in the United States or other countries in accordance with the provider's terms and applicable data protection requirements.
VERTIQ does not use project data, documents, or uploads to train general-purpose AI models and does not authorize its service providers to do so without the user's explicit prior consent. Under Google Cloud's applicable service terms, Google does not use Customer Data to train or fine-tune AI/ML models without its customer's prior permission or instruction.

We retain account and Customer Content while needed to provide the service, maintain project collaboration, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may submit a deletion request at any time.
Account deletion deactivates and pseudonymizes your login. A project with collaborators may be transferred to another member; a project without collaborators is archived. Project records, uploads, and analysis results are not automatically erased when they must remain available to collaborators or are retained for the purposes described above.
Follow-up Deletion Requests
Contact us if you want us to assess deletion of remaining personal data or Customer Content. We will evaluate the request against other collaborators' rights and applicable legal, security, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Payment information (credit card details) is NOT stored on our servers. We use Stripe for payment processing, and they store your payment methods securely. We only retain:
Payment and transaction metadata may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to meet applicable tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations.
VERTIQ is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
VERTIQ Mobile is a field companion app for capturing project evidence and photos on-site. It accesses the camera or selected photos only after you grant the applicable device permission and choose to capture or upload content.
Authentication tokens are stored using the device's secure storage and are transmitted to VERTIQ servers when needed to authenticate API requests. Photos and evidence you choose to upload are stored with the related project and follow the same access and retention rules described in this policy.
Uninstalling the app removes local app data but does not delete server-side projects or uploads. Use the web account settings or contact jooyeol@vertiq.net to submit a deletion request.
