Hourly Emissions, Imported Model Inputs and Steadier Baselines

Hourly GHG for LEED v4 and v4.1 energy credits, Appendix G inputs that reach imported models, and baselines that give the same answer on every run.

Hourly GHG for LEED v4 and v4.1 energy credits, Appendix G inputs that reach imported models, and baselines that give the same answer on every run.

  • Hourly emissions for LEED v4 and v4.1. Energy credits can use the LEED Hourly Cambium calculator v1.2 method. The Cambium region comes from your electricity provider or your choice, and nothing is guessed. The GHG section of your report shows the method, dataset and region.
  • Your Appendix G inputs reach imported models. Inputs you set in the editor now apply to imported OSM and IDF models too. New editors cover distribution transformers, district energy and exhaust fans, and an imported model can re-bind your saved inputs and be checked again on request.
  • Unconditioned rooms next to conditioned rooms. VERTIQ asks whether those rooms are enclosed, only for the rooms where it matters, and the baseline uses the envelope column that follows from your answer.
  • 15-minute demand tariffs are billed from the energy run itself.
  • Approve an energy run for a credit. In the credit Evidence tab you can approve an energy run as submission evidence. If something is still missing, VERTIQ shows what and asks you to confirm a second time.
  • Detailed simulation in the feasibility calculator. Signed-in users can run the detailed energy simulation a few times a day. Signed-out visitors see a notice instead.
  • Steadier Appendix G baselines. The same model now gives the same result on every run. Baselines meet the 300 unmet-hour limit, new editor models no longer start with hundreds of unmet hours, and computer rooms, purchased chilled water and service water heating follow Appendix G more closely.
  • Clearer re-run actions. Re-run and Refresh in a credit stay visible and say why they are unavailable, and review limits reset at the start of each UTC day and month.
  • Project deletion works again for projects with energy results, analysis runs or CFD results.

Open Energy Modeling to try the new inputs and rerun your energy models to get the updated baselines.
